Job description Regional Head - Mortgage Administering Mortgage Business from Inbound channel Handling entire function of Mortgage Product, Strategy, BusinessDevelopment, P&L, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Recruitment and Training for the zone. Identification of potential markets within the region and coordinate with central policy and product team for starting operations in new markets. Responsible for annual business with a team of Regional Head Sales and Branch Sales Managers. Responsible for hiring, training & team building. Planning and implementation of sales promotion events, marketing tie-ups and relationship development with builders Development Authority and Corporate houses. Developing and managing builder programs, marketing activities and cross sell enablers for improved penetration and channel activation. Able to lead effectively in a complex environment and deliver results. Able to influence without direct authority. Able to balance between competing priorities and be flexible and creative. Drives team performance to best in class. Responsible for Net Book Growth ,Customer service & Quality of portfolio. Responsible for profitability for the region with Yield and Fee targets. Employee Productivity and channel management. Asset cross sell through Retail liability branches and Corporate Relationship.
