Responsibilities & KPI Responsible to deliver the Revenue and GM for the Lenovo Server/Storage and other enterprise products in the designated territory Deliver the Market share goals for the designated territory Create and execute the plan for gaining new customers as well as increase SOW with the enterprise partners Lead a team of Server/Storage specialists who will cover the entire customer/partner landscape for the region. Be responsible for creating the pipeline Ability to work and map CXOs of key Customers Technically sound and aware of technology trends in the enterprise space. Be able to work with System Integrators for increasing business volume Create plan for engaging early in key govt projects which will lead to large business opportunities Be able to leverage the ISV ecosystem for furthering the pipeline on key solutions Work closely with the Named Account Team and Commercial Channel teams to ensure that the maximum pipeline gets generated out of that space. Build Enterprise channelDESIRABLE Having done a similar role in an earlier Organisation Exposure to engagements with OEMs like Intel/MSPosition RequirementsProfessional Experience10-12 years, Territory experience for the given territory is a mustKey functional/technical competencies Should understand and be able to articulate the technology trends and solutions to enterprise customers Be able to sense opportunities early and engage with pre-sales team to create a winning solution Account Management and Channel management
