Job Details

Manage the ADI channel distribution business for security, fire and sound products as an entrepreneur.* Responsible for branch P&L of the business * Manage a team of Branch Managers and functions resource & ensure productivity per person based on budgets* Recruit, train and mentor the sales team. Must have ability to inspire and motivate the team. * Responsible inventory, all operations commercial, technical and maintain branch infrastructure. * Run the business within pre-set budgets and bring cost efficiencyKey elements of the job * Responsible for achieving the Sales Plan, GM% and OP for the West Region.* Responsible for ensuring the Sales Management and other operations of the region. * Achieve all branch P&L targets of the business, maintain inventory levels to the optimum level to support sales for fast selling products.* Ensure compliance to Commercial, Credit management, Order Management and Business Reporting and Review Processes of the organization. * Visit customers regularly with the sales team and drive relationship with top 20 Customers of the Branch.* Ensure achievement of Product Category sales as per the plan for each category. * Build and drive core sales capabilities in the branches in the region.* Recruit and manage high performance branch teams * Monitor Competitor Activity and report the same, continuously increase the market share of the region.* Manage ongoing sales and strategic planning and monitor progress against sameQualificationsEducation MBA from a reputed institute .Experience Mandatory 12+ years in product distribution sales hardware OR IT / networking hardware4+ years of experience in managing teams with direct responsibility for revenue.Personal Traits Entrepreneurial, high energy, strong ethics, team player, good communication skills, Basic computing skills (Word, excel, powerpoint), very strong leader, good problem solving skills,
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
