Meet or exceed allocated sales target.Manage the overall Revenue and Margin growth of the complete line of Wireline, Wireless & Satellite Products and Services to Telecom OperatorsProvide leadership within the team in order to influence the teams overall growth. Be a high value member of the overall team and effectively employ resources available to impact revenue from the tier 1 operators.Communicate through verbal and written means to allow for the effortless flow of information among the key stakeholders within the Company and the customer.Ensure the ability to propose customized solutions and close sales opportunities as independently as possibleCustomer FocusMaintain a deep knowledge of Telecom Operators including Engineering, Planning, Operations, and Network Surveillance.Understand the future vision, business goals, and strategic directions of Telco s and communicate them to the team.Direct and motivate the team to aggressively pursue all revenue opportunities.Develop and establish direct customer relationship with key accounts.Product FocusProvide technical interface between Product Management Team and customers by developing and maintaining key technical relationships at focus accounts.Advise Product Management Team on product feature/road map to coordinate with upcoming customer requirements.Provide competitive intelligence feature set, road map, pricing.Develop and maintain strong knowledge of latest and emerging Telcos offerings.Develop strong relationships at the executive level in order to influence customers testing method and procedure.Desired Candidate ProfileSuccessful track record in direct sales to Telecom Industry of having achieved business targetsDemonstrated past successful track record in working with Telecom Service Providers is mandatory.Self-starter with the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels, including executive levels, both external and internal.Possess leadership qualities and superior interpersonal and communications skills.Strong planning, organizational and prioritization skillsStrong work ethic and integrityOperates with a high degree of professionalismEffective written and verbal communicatorDemonstrates strong judgment and analytical skillDemonstrated ability in managing complex salesPossess winning attitude i.e. being Open Minded, Open Communications, Aggressive, Result Oriented and Team Player.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
