Accomplish regional sales and financial objectives by means of forecastingEstablishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the regionMaintains and expands customer base directly as well as by counselling regional sales managers, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunitiesAlign and work with partners at regional level to increase and track the funnelEnsure proper enablement of the partners at regional levelsMentoring, orienting, coaching, counselling and disciplining the regional sales and pre sales teams. Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributionsAchieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; productivity, quality
