The Regional Sales Leader will be responsible to develop an execution plan to help grow the Solutions Business in the key verticals that company plan to focus.As a local Leader he will identify the opportunities that are large, strategic. He will develop relations with key influencers and Key Customers to further the opportunities.He/She will lead a team of high potential Regional Sales Executives who will focus on a given geography which is part of the region and on Accounts allocated to them.The Regional Sales Leader should be proficient in the following skills- Opportunity Planning - Account Identification- Sales Management Disciplines - Account Management- Project Scheduling and ManagementUsing entrepreneurial management style the Leader should develop the local business both thru people management and direct customer interaction.To build the Brand he/she should actively participate in the Vertical market association to better position our capability and showcase our strengths.The Key Metrics that will be used to measure the performance will be- Forecasting Accuracy vs. plan - Q-O-Q and Y-O-Y Growth- Market Penetration in focused Verticals - Sales Person Productivity- Customer Satisfaction - Solutions Execution CapabilityThis position presently reports directly tothe VP & GM in India.The suitable candidate should have following credentials as minimum - Engineer with 15 years plus Experience- Last 5 years should be in the Security/Buildings/ELV Business - Proven Team Management Skills- Good Communication Skills and - Ability to represent ST at the regional level with Key AccountsFunctional Expertise Understanding of Security Systems/Fire Safety Systems and other Low voltage systems
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 15-19
