Job DescriptionPosition Overview-This position is accountable for achieving the part of regional sales and profitability goals intelecom enterprise products domain. This role provides direction and leadership to the sales staffwhile responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share within the regional geography.Essential Duties and Responsibilities-Achieves the part of regions revenue and profitabilityAchieves the Individual and team targetResponsible for the part of regions forecasting and sales trackingAble to analyze regions communication needs, design and present customizedcommunication solutions the clientsThe Job would include generating new prospects, making sales, ensuring deployment of theequipment and final closure of the businessLeads the sales and presales staff, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring,hiring, team development and career developmentQualification/ Competencies/ Position Requirements- Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProven leadership skillsSupervisory or management experience, preferably sales/ presales staffWorking knowledge of telecom enterprise, networking, network management system,convergence products within an assigned sales territoryProven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to travel as required by roleShould be a go getter and be able to generate enquiries and businessComputer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft office applications and SAPIts team handling roleEducation and Experience Bachelor of Engineering with Electronics and Communication and Master Degree in Businessadministration with 12 to 15 years of experience in Enterprise telecom or related products withteam management experience.
