Main Focus and ChallengesThe position will be responsible for executing a B2B wealth management sales model. The incumbent will be responsible for conceptualizing, building and growing a multi-channel B2B wealth management model. The individual will manage a team of sales force in respective regional / zone. The incumbent will achieve the overall value growth of business by driving sales and achieving profitability objectives with a focus on improving productivity.The individual will consolidate the sales strategy of the company with an in-depth understanding of the market dynamicsSpecific ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development The incumbent will drive the sales and business development efforts of Wealth Management business. Responsible for implementing strategic plans to create a B2B sales channel in a profitable manner. Drive and Implement sales strategy for Wealth Management business to deliver growth.Competitive Assessment The individual should exhibits in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics. The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective.Team Management The incumbent will measure productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action to increase revenue per employee. The individual will be infusing drive and passion to build winning teams.Business Review & Reporting The individual will conduct regular business reviews with team and partners to ensure sales strategies are well executed. Responsible for managing the profitability of Wealth Management business for B2B channels. The incumbent will ensure pricing; business process and policies are in organizations best interest. Basic qualifications Should be a qualified Post Graduate from a premier institution. The incumbent should possess around 10 years of experience in the Wealth Management industry gained in Banks, PWM Distribution (Broking) or Asset Management. Well-developed business acumen, complimented by strategic approach and sound business judgment. Proven track record in a high growth environment. Ability to exude the passion and drive to deliver build and grow mandates with a closely knit team. Experience of leading teams and others in an evolving environment. Creates and communicates a clear and compelling view for the future of the business. Experience in conceptualizing and implementing business development strategies. Ability to provide leadership in an evolving business, in a highly competitive market. Proficiency in technology, with specific expertise in business and financial programs
