We are extremely happy to inform you for considering for following important position-ABOUT OUR CLIENT- They are selling products consumer durable, environmental products, cleaning & water products, Office automation, Water purifier, fire extinguishers, air purifier, vigil security systems, cleaning equipment, commercial vacuum cleaner, hard floor cleaning/ maintenance, high pressure cleaner and services like housekeeping, water and waste treatment solutions, railway cleaning solutions etc. Position Regional Sales Manager - FMCD And PWDJob Location - Delhi Role - Responsible for franchisee management, and achievement of the sales, distribution, merchandising and royalty (PDW) objectives for FMCD products and Packaged Drinking. Job Description - Franchisee management-o To ensure business continuity by close monitoring of franchisee performance and taking allsteps to have a set of committed franchises building business and brand image.o To ensure increase royalty revenue from franchisee business of PDWo To monitoring the franchisee performance by setting up and implementing processes and systems thru Annual business plans and sales targets.o To ensure required quality audits of the franchisees by the EFL Water Lab Teamo To manage Franchise relationships and ensure royalty collection Sales and market executiono To coordinate and achieve sales and distribution objectives for region by brand and packo To plan and set up an effective Route-To- Market distribution blueprint for FMCD and PDWoperations in the regiono To establish sales and distribution target to realize maximum market potentialo To put in place an effective sales structure as per organization norms and approvalso To improve sales productivity by driving drive sales management fundamentals (planning & review mechanisms)o To drive all coordination activities with various departments and Franchise to ensure smootherror-free product flow to the market.o To ensure effective implementation of merchandising and advertising programmeso To be responsible for the issuance and collection of accounts in accordance with company policy Channel managemento To develop and implement region-level channel programme calendaro To procure and effectively deploy standard and approved activation elementso To set up the FMCD and PDW business in MOR, institutions, multiplexes and other B2Bopportunities. o Develop and manage key relationships with relevant Channel and Key account partnerso Ensure robust product demonstration programs for the FMCD channels to establish brand awareness and support retail to sell-outo To provide focus on PDW business especially for 20 litre bubble business through direct tohome and retail channel Corporate Saleso To expand and nurture Key Accounts with Corporates for sale of our productso To develop relationships with top distributors in the Corporate selling / gifting channel Sales via Gas Channelo To generate sales revenue via tie ups with top Gas companies Reporting Structure Position reports to National Business Head, FMCD & PDWPositions reporting in Area Sales Managers and Territory Sales In-Charge
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
