.Responsible for entire LAP Business.2.New Client Acquisition & Business generation 3.Initial survey on target market & potential.4.Build a sales team, plan distribution strategy, and create a presence for the group through a channel network in the retail loan market. 5.Building efficient business model including setting up distribution channels.6.P&L and cost management. 7.Policy & process improvement.8.Employee productivity. 9.Responsible for individual & Teams targets.10.Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and login the business Manage Overdue Collections. 11.Mange both internal & external channel for business expansion & development12.Creation of relationships (with Business partners and client) and ensure smooth servicing and operations.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
