Maintaining and increasing export/import sales.Reaching the targets and goals which shall be set for Mumbai. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.Servicing the needs of existing customers & increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.Developing sales strategies and setting targets. Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.Compiling and analyzing sales figures. Work closely with Operations to deliver high level of service to clientsTo handle team to 10-14 people. Experience - Should have 8-12 years of experience in Air freight forwarding & handling customer of Blue companies, Pharmaceutical Business, Manufacturing, and Automobile. Regional Sales Manager Skills Excellent sales and negotiation skills.Good business sense. The ability to motivate and lead a team.Initiative and enthusiasm. Excellent communication and 'people skills.Good planning and organizational skills.The ability to work calmly under pressure.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
