The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the following As a state sales leadership role, you will be responsible for revenue growth function, sales productivities and in driving the leadership position of company. Manage the assigned state team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. Develop team members and groom them for higher positions within the company. Drive compliance with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrityCandidate Profile Experience in hardcore sales. Preference will be to people who have exposure in School (education sales-K-12 Segment). Corporate sales experience is mandatory. A hands- on account management person who is capable of creating and delivering high-impact presentations/proposals. Preference will be given to a person who has exposure to sales in more than one zone. Open to travelling. MBA from a top institute will be a preferred plus, but is not compulsory for the role Monitoring and Training the sales team. Ensure achievement of targets as planned
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
