As a Business Development lead working with BlazeClan Technologies, you will have the exciting opportunity to help promote the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include increasing cloud adoption, and market penetration across high potential start-ups, mid segment & enterprise accounts.The ideal candidate will possess both a business development and technical background that enables him or her to engage at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan business objectives.Roles & Responsibilities - Exceed set business objectives.- Develop and execute against a comprehensive regional plan. - Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.- Manage, guide, and influence direct reports to enable them to sell as per set targets. - Create & articulate compelling value propositions around cloud services.- Work closely with AWS team to extend reach & drive adoption. - Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions & Internet architectures, Web & Mobile solutions, BI, Data Warehouse, Big Data & Analytics solutions- Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports using CRM and other tools - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.- Ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications- 5+ years of technology related sales or business development experience. - A technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience required.- Direct field sales experience in working with top enterprise accounts across your assigned territory. - Strong verbal and written communications skills.- Extensive customer & contact network. - Fluent in English & another languagePreferred Qualifications - BE/BS degree required. Masters or MBA a plus.
