Job Details

To ensure that all the D.M.s in his region are able to achieve 100% target every month by proper implementation of sales strategy as decided by the management.To help in achievement of sales target by adding new customers (Vaidyas, Retailers and stockist) and exploring new territories in consultation and coordination with Z.S.M. / N. S. M.To ensure proper distribution and supplies of products to Retailers, stockist and superstockist in his region and ensuring that there is no stock out position of key products.To ensure that various trade schemes which may be introduced by the managment of the company are put to effective use for increasing the sale of company's product.To ensure proper control over the expenses of the region as per the annual budget laid down by the management and the expensesales ratio of the region is maintained at or below 1%.To ensure optimum manpower deployment in every H. Q. based on the budgeted plan and ensure that recruitments are done within 30 days from the date of vacancy of the position.To ensure that every recruitment and induction is done as per the laid down protocol of the company. (by completing all the formalities such as F. I. R., 3 day appraisal, etc.)To conduct joint visits with the D.M.s and P.S.R.s of the region during the month so that core doctors and stockist of every district are visited at least 6 times a year.To ensure that all the subordinates of the region maintain 100% tour discipline and daily reporting in SFM.To plan, organise and conduct cycle meetings as per the decided schedule by the management.To plan, organize and conduct CME meetings (as per the decidedwith Vaidyas in the region so as to promote awareness and branding in the region.To ensure that all the STK outstandings of the region are below 30 days.To maintain and submit M.I.S. of STK agreements of the region and renew it promptly before the expiry date.To maintain and ensure complete safety and security of all the sales promotional material such as visual aid, literature, including that of his team members, that is entrusted by the management.
