JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIESInitial training of newly joined field staff in collaboration with Zonal Managers & Business HRInduction programs for newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training ManagerAchieve a target level of training days per individual in consultation with National SalesTraining ManagerMaintaining a level of field working days in consultation with National SalesTraining Manager Identifying selling skills training needs for field staff within the zones.Utilize training data and reports to develop proactive training intervention plans Adopting ASM/TSM for specific training in the zones Adopting zone to evaluate effectiveness of training program in the region Continuous evaluation and updating of training programmes where relevantField coaching & skill knowledge for field staff in the region Feedback on Performance and Talent management of individuals in the region to theHR departmentDrive improvements in personal and team performanceAligning zonal sales training objectives and needs with national sales training objectivesGraduation in any discipline. 2-4 years experience in Salesas ASM role & at least 2 years in Sales training (FMCG selling/Nutrition)Should have done Stand up training for 2 yearsKEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTSStrategic thinkingProduct knowledgeMarketing management (competitor intelligence, sales planning)Relationship building / NetworkingAbility to learnCreativityPlanning, Organization, CoordinationInfluencing skillsBehavioralEffective communicationNegotiation skillsPresentation skillsProblem solving & Decision makingWork organization & Priority managementInterpersonal skills Should have experience in On-job-trainingProgram content development will be desirable
