To be responsible for managing YBLs Key Clients (30-40 Ultra HNIs including celebrities) and provide expert Wealth Management experience (Domain expertise) In liaison with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team, to drive the acquisition of highly selective Personal Banking and Wealth Management relationships with Individual Networth of each client > Rs. 25 Cr. Anticipate and be continually sensitive to the shifting customer expectations and initiate appropriate measures to ensure that Yes Bank stays ahead of competitors Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products which are required to gain business wallet share from Ultra HNI clients Ensure regular engagement with key relationships and maintain quality of portfolio by ensuring profitability at each client level Showcase full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential Key Clients of the Bank and harness incremental business opportunities across all products Contributing to the development of new products and services, by channelizing self and customer feedback to the respective Program Teams Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers Participate in cross-functional activities that help promote and nurture collective responsibility to the bigger objectives of the institution The position shall be evaluated basis overall profitability & relationship at a RM level as well as client level and shall participate in the Quarterly Performance Bonus Plan designed for this segment. Key Skills Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent networking & interpersonal skills Market knowledge of banking will be an added advantage Extremely strong on Investment Concepts and fundamentals to be able to build and work on Private Banking equivalent environment Understand various financial structures available in investment markets to be able to guide large HNIs on the same Conversant with MS Office Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance Good networking skills Solution driven, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs Strong sense of accountability and self-initiative
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
