Relationship Manager Auto (RM-Two Wheeler)Location KarnatakaReports to Regional Head Sales Two WheelersPositions Reporting to Role NA Job Role and ResponsibilitiesManage Two Wheeler Loans through Car Dealers, Direct Sales Agents and Direct Sales TeamsEmpanelment of new car Dealers, DSA and DST in the marketAccountable for Sales performance and productivity of teamConduct training for all the channels and team on product, policy and market changesManage business promotional activities with channelsResponsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolioInteract with the credit team, and get business approvalsKeep close watch on competitor product, policy and market strategyDeliverablesRecruit, train and motivate channel sales teamAchieve sales targetsGuide channel sales team and introduce clients to themMaintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queriesDevelop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts Skills and CompetenciesAbility to gauge the pulse of the market to track and empanel emerging car dealersAbility to put forth a strong case to the credit team and use persuasive skills to get approvalsAbility to motivate , guide and push channels and team to drive volumes and growthEducational QualificationsGraduation (Any Specialization)/ MBA
