Our client, an international bank is currently recruiting a Senior Relationship Manager with a portfolio of NRI Clients from GCC. The candidate can be based in DIFC, Dubai or in Manama, Bahrain offices. Responsibilities To perform client profiling, recommend asset allocation, and proactively engage with customers to facilitate transactions To reach out to all client relationships through face to face telephonic email interaction to ensure coverage of all relationships in adherence to the policy mandate around frequency of client contact Fee Revenue Net Customer Growth Ability to create rapport with peers and other units like serviceoperations, compliance, senior RMs, lending teams, etc. KYCAML and adherence to other norms Ensure all Client interaction processes are as per normsguidelines adherence to Sales Code of Conduct Person Profile Qualifications 5+ years in a RM client facing role working with HNWIs. Educated to a Bachelor's Degree in relevant quantitative subject (e.g. finance, economics) from a reputable international institution Must possess solid track record in HNWI relationship banking with proven client service and acquisition skills Embody the very highest commitment to client service and care Excellent people skills with an ability to easily network across stakeholder groups A confident personality with solid communication skills and an ability to use fact based analysis to win broad support for new concepts and ideas Client-focused, results-oriented team player with the highest standards of ethical and professional behavior Strong investment background Expert knowledge of spoken and written English. Strong NRI clients portfolio from Bahrain, Qatar or Saudi ArabiaCandidates can be based in Manama, Bahrain or in DIFC, Dubai according to their preference.
