Mid Markets Business Growth & Client ManagementTo deliver on assigned client management objectives and meet sales targets through activities and initiatives across the client relationship cycle prospecting lead generation client engagement need articulation solution formulation relationship maintenance with a focus on relationship maintenance and housekeeping and in line with the zonal CFG Mid Market business planApproval of Credit ProposalsTo ensure timely submission of credit proposals to Risk team for subsequent processing evaluation and approval as requiredCRM & Relationship ManagementTo execute relationship management activities with segmented focus on high value clients working towards efficient and desired resolution of escalations exceptions and operational bottlenecks for the achievement of desired revenue book targetsOperations EffectivenessTo ensure the end to end management of business deals with superior solution delivery and operational efficiency and to monitor the credit quality of new acquisitions with compliant sales operations & partnership with Risk and Operations teamsCross Sell across ABFL and ABFSG products/ solutions-Sales Growth & Client Acquisition-Client Engagement & Relationship Management-Operational Effectiveness-Internal Stakeholder Management-Risk Management
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
