Relationship Manager Personal Loans and Cards (RM-PL Cards)Location MumbaiReports to Regional Head Sales PL CardsJob Role and ResponsibilitiesDrive Credit Cards (CC) and Personal Loans (PL) (Secured and Unsecured) business through ICICI Bank branchesCreate and drive alternate channels for Sales along with the regular channelsOpen up avenues for business through corporate channelMentor and guide the sales team to meet the organization requirementsAnalyze business trends and sales figures to formulate new strategiesInitiate innovative promotional schemes to enhance visibility of CC & PL in bank branchesRecommend modifications to current product and processesCoordinate with product teams, credit & operations teams to ensure a smooth flow of the business DeliverablesRecruit, train and motivate channel sales teamAchieve sales targetsGuide channel sales team and introduce clients to themMaintain knowledge on all bank products and services and assist to resolve customer queriesDevelop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts Skills and CompetenciesAbility to ensure client satisfaction and delight by rendering prompt servicesAbility to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies with a view to penetrate new accountsAbility to manage relationships with the existing clients and expand service renderings for hem to a wider range of financial products/servicesNegotiation skillsEducational QualificationsGraduation (Any Specialization)/ MBA
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
