Job Details

1. Identify, develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve pre-agreed volume and value targets for the domestic remittance & mobile money business.2. Define and implement the product strategy & roadmap for the domestic remittance & mobile money business. Gather and prioritize requirements. Develop core positioning and messaging for the product suite. Co-ordinate the implementation and delivery of new products and services through proactive engagement of key stakeholders internally and externally.3. Develop and implement distribution partner strategy and networks. Analyse distribution partners and networks available in the market to identify and recommend potential targets with whom to cultivate business relationships. Engage in business negotiations with potential and existing partners to drive revenue growth and market share.4. Develop and implement necessary processes & procedures for all agent related activities including but not limited to KYC documentation for agent sign-up to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, agent set-up and activation, updating of agent information on timely basis, processing of reconciliation, settlement, commission payments etc. and working with internal stakeholders to ensure processes are effective and efficient and high standard quality service and support to all agents. Be responsible for field force and agent base support.5. Define go-to-market plan and monitor progress to promote revenue growth and drive P/L for the business. Ensure sales force training. Alignment of sales tools and sales processes. Develop and implement targeted campaigns to create visibility and increase acceptance of NSDL solutions.6. Monitor agent transactions/ volume, compile relevant MIS reports and formulate appropriate agent retention strategies to minimize attrition.7. Develop initiative to increase customers usage/ subscriptions and satisfaction via the customer management process.8. 10 years+ of experience in a similar role9. Strong and proven networking skills. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.10. Strong ability to communicate and excellent interpersonal skills11. Good analytical skills12. Confident, self-motivated and have a positive attitude13. Target driven and goal oriented. Proven high calibre track record.
