Bachelors or Masters in computer science or related fieldSkills Required6 + years of related experience in a reporting and analytic roleOne or more years experience in a managed care environment Experience in developing end-to-end reports/dashboards using more than one of the following SAP Business Objects, Microstrategy, Cognos, OBIEE, SSRS, SSAS, QlikView, Tableau, Jaspersoft or other reporting toolsExtremely Proficient in SQLExcellent analytical and problem solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail Self-starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities and ensure successful completion of all projects and requestsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, including executive and senior management teamsAbility to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situationsJob AccountabilitiesDesigns, develops, tests, documents and maintains database queries and reports related to customer's analytics requirements Works with customers to define and document additional requirements to enrich reporting capabilitiesDevelops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, annual and ad hoc reportingTroubleshoots data integrity issues, analyses data for completeness to meet business needs, and proposes documented solution recommendationsTransfers data into meaningful, professional and easy to understand formats for various audiences Combines various data sources into a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviours and feedback for service improvement opportunitiesManages reporting and analysis elements on all business initiative projectsRecommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of informationTroubleshoots and coordinates resolutions to all system issues affecting Customer Service Creates on-line tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of staff in their role of servicing our customer
Degree: M.Sc. (Science) | MCA/ PGDCA | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science) | BCA (Computer Application)

Experience: 6-9
