DescriptionFocuses on executive and sales segment, pan-BU Sales compensation reporting & productivity dashboards.Provides business performance inputs, analytics capability & reporting for executive/ management reviewsContributes to business or functional projects impacting multiple business units or countries.Looks for solutions to standardize/automate reporting using Qlikview/Excel based tools to develop executive level interface.Works with IT/technical and offshore team for smooth development and deliveryResponsible for achieving operational excellence including accuracy and timeliness.Prioritizes multiple requests depending on business need & usage.Handles and resolve regular operational challenges.Communicate tactical process decisions and plans, status, issues and workarounds, in order to achieve alignment with relevant areas of business, function or region.Qualifications Education and Experience RequiredTypically 5-8 years of related experience in Finance/business operations/Supply Chain/Business analysis.Excellent in Microsoft Excel, VBA (Macro), Power point, Qlikview, (MS Power BI & SQL will be added advantage)Excellent Sales comp process knowledge.Excellent understanding of sales processes and financial metricsProject management experience.Strong data management/data analysis skills, with experience in BI tools.Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Math etc.Strong team player, with ability to resolve conflicts and management multiple priorities, demonstrated tactical biz planning/analyst abilitiesKnowledge and Skills RequiredSolid analytical/financial and business acumen. Hands on experience on Microsoft Power BI will be an added advantage.Strong project management skills such as planning, execution and implementation.Good working knowledge and understanding of business and operational processes.Effective organizational, analytical, problem solving, time management, interpersonal and communication skills. Should be able to collaborate across regions and business units.Strong knowledge of business operations processes within direct sales/channel sales organizationsExperience in the field of process and capabilities management and improvement, with a record of implementation success and sustainability.Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and achieve resultsMust be meticulous, have attention to detail and follow-up.Have good ability to work in a fast moving working environment with strict deadlines and constraints. Ability to exercise and apply sound judgment to multiple task.Must work well with team environment.Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation) and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
