As part of the analytics team, this project manager will be responsible for major and complex assignments with long term business implications. You will significantly broaden and deepen your business and technical acumen across Energy Connections growing analytics and reporting landscape.Essential Responsibilities Serve as the Project Manager and technical SME in support of Sourcing and Supply Chain analytics Manage daily activities, issue resolutions & communication across project execution. Ensure on-time deliverable across operational team Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, and implementation of complex IT solutions Partner and coordinate with EM cross functional and technical teams to identify and execute on opportunities for enhancements, standardization and simplification Apply project management tools & quality methodologies. Follow the PMM (program management methodology) tollgate process. Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components, including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, development, configurations, quality assurance, implementations and tollgate reviews Manage, track & meet program financials. Prepare and present program status. Own issue/risk identification, escalation, resolution & communication to functional & IM stakeholders. Ensure solutions balance quality, cost, speed, and simplification Work closely and directly P&L business intelligence and various GE enterprise teams to develop strategies, evaluate, and implement new technologies Lead projects to automate transactional, reporting and analytic processes to increase the business productivity Drive solution adoption to expand tool capabilities Provide leadership & project level management in the strategy, planning, evaluation, implementation, operation & control of applications, data, and analytical toolsQualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in leading multiple program initiatives with broad scope and high impact to business Demonstrated ability to lead in highly matrixed environment Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical deliverable Outstanding program management skills Experience working with program management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile etc Strong technical skills Passionate about driving change/influence across cross functions Strong communication and interpersonalDesired Characteristics GB certified Able to use Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive change Extensive business knowledge, specifically in Sourcing and Supply Chain processes Experience using Agile project management process and tools Excellent track record in delivering quality technical solutions Strong critical thinking and decision-making ability Ability to operate across technical and functional teams effectively ITLP Graduate (GE employees only) Lean Six Sigma Certification#DTR PMP Certification
