Serve as the operations & technical SME in support of Sourcing and Supply Chain analytics Manage daily activities, issue resolutions & communication across project execution. Ensure on-time deliverable across operational team Ensure that all the operational issues are resolved without impacting business operations. Be responsible for meeting quality objectives Lead planning and execution for enhancement activities, including team meetings, team communication, story estimates, task assignment / optimization, and escalation of resource gaps Manage team-level quality objectives, schedules, and development risks and make decisions based on program and business objectives Work with cross-functional groups to coordinate bug fixes and enhancements Manage dependencies and removes impediments for the team Escalate to the senior leadership to facilitate transparency Ensure solutions balance quality, cost, speed, and simplification Communication to team members on project progress and risks to on time completionQualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experienced ownership or administration of an IT system, along with established cross functional and cross-discipline leadership Demonstrated ability to lead in highly matrix environment Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical deliverables Outstanding program management skills Experience working with program management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile etc Strong technical skills Passionate about driving change/influence across cross functions Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDesired Characteristics GB certified Able to use Six Sigma tools and techniques to drive change Extensive business knowledge, specifically in Sourcing and Supply Chain processes Experience using Agile project management process and tools Excellent track record in delivering quality technical solutions Strong critical thinking and decision-making ability Ability to operate across technical and functional teams effectively ITLP Graduate (GE employees only) Lean Six Sigma Certification PMP Certification Proven experience in onshore and offshore team management Experience with complex, global system implementations Possesses problem solving and analytical skills Ability to manage customer expectations Experience software tools like service-now, Rally, QlikView, ETL and DB tools Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA
