Dear Candidate,Greetings of the Day!!!!This is regarding the opening with A Leading Wealth Management Company for Client Servicing - Documentation and the Job Description is as mentioned below for your informationDepartment- Wealth ManagementGrade- Assistant ManagerReporting Relationships- National Head - Client ServicingLocation Goregaon, MumbaiJob ResponsibilitiesCompletion of Know Your Customer (KYC) for every new relationship acquiredWork in conjunction with the assigned service relationship manager to execute and complete all documentation related to account openingRegular client meetings for completion & in-person verification of KYC related documentation.Understand the product key features, the documentation content and process involved for execution of the same (e.g. approvals, submission of forms, records, etc)Review applications for completenessExecute documentation within prescribed compliance normsCommunicate effectively with interrelated departments for query resolution and processing of documentsFollow standardized processes and maintain TAT.Input applicable data into tracking systems, file and data warehouse all account documents and ISA proofsDeferral and exception ManagementBe updated on various policies and guidelines; changes in account opening procedures & amendments that affect the working of the documentation.Job Requirements 1-3 years of experienceStrong Communication SkillsKnowledge of KYC norms for basket of financial products (CASA Accounts, Demat Accounts, etc) & for different financial entities (HUF, corporate, etc.)Process oriented and eye-for-detailHigh focus on quality of workAbility to get work done in conjunction with different teamsIf this excites you do send us the following at email address or Direct on 96018828821.
