Ensure sound understanding of the Standard Operating Procedure Respond to incoming calls involving questions, complaints, problems, etc. in an efficient and professional manner, meeting both volume and quality service standards.Handle research escalations within service level agreement Manage case inventory & ageing as per pending guidelines Refer and transfer complex issues/inquiries to Subject matter expert & Team LeaderEnhance customer experience by meeting customer impact accuracy levels and reducing case resolution turnaround timeEnsure processing discipline by meeting non customer impact accuracy levels and respond to escalations with a sense of urgencyQualificationsGraduate in commerce (preferred) or graduate in any streamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Good verbal and written English communication skillsEffective time management skillsCustomer Focus and Service Oriented mindsetDemonstrated initiative and accountabilitySelf-starter, capable of working under minimum supervision
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
