? To provide the seasonal assortment plan (article level) for all Franchise stores on time in full? To offer merchandizing plan reflect the key seasonal highlights and also local needs? To enhance sell-thru and other KPIs and initiate relevant action steps? To review and forecast inventory status by store for proper buying and risk management of overstock? To manage of regular rotation and result check to maximize sell-thru with managing broken article? To recommend re-order quantities to front line sales team? To recommend range composition to Market product merchandiser? To recommend article launch and expedite to ensure freshness in the marketInventory ManagementTo ensure that the stock level of the category is within the prescribed limits as per company normsMonitoring the stock cover to maintain optimum stock turnsAllocation & replenishment to stores as per capacity & customer profile.Stock rotation in marketStock monitoring at the PH Category PlanningTo create buying plan - to breakup monthly targets and distribute the buying for the month accordinglyPreparing OTB PlanTo review castings style wise to ensure targeted GP for the category is metTo flag negative deviations from the targeted GPCreation of Sampling Plan twice in a year based on current year performanceTo propose the bi annual discount listRegular competition study MIS and ReportingTo generate departmentwise sales report, hierarchy wise sales and stock report, current month SKU wise sale report, ISQ stock out report, TR tracker report, Promotional trackersTo send periodic reports related to category performance indicators to the management as per the timelineMonitoring store performance for the categoryMarket InteractionTo send monthly buying plan and product presentation to the markets to enable them to do store stock planningTo assist the markets to plan their internal stock rotation by providing monthly stock cover reportRegularly interacting and visiting the stores to gather first hand customer response to the merchandise offering - style, quality & pricing.To highlight/escalate any deviations from the set standards to supervisor Team WorkTo enable special requests from store/ customer request through stock rotation or from the product warehouseTo work collectively and in collaborating manner across departments for enhanced productivity
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
