Oversee the total operations of the store, including merchandising, sales, customer service, and staff developmentAchieve sales goals and set goals for the Sales Team at the StoreDrive sales and achieve targets of the store through superior customer service, events, promotion, and motivation of the staffManage the Sales Team in the sales process and achieve team targets for all key metricsManage the daily activities and operations of the store which includes the planning out of the work assignments and work schedules of the employees, assigning the specific duties to each employeePlan and execute store specific events to augment the corporate promotional calendar to drive day-in and day-out businessGuide, coach and train sales people on customer service disciplines. Ensure product knowledge and market / competition intelligence is given as ongoing in store trainingVerify stock at the beginning and end of each shift, replenish stocks according to season and .Take a total stock count and monitor compliance with stock transfer procedures, with a view to ensure availability of optimum stocks of the latest items at all times.Know and follow the company policies, procedures and guidelinesMIS Submission of daily / weekly / monthly reports to the managementConduct employee performance review.Manage all other matters pertaining to store operations and perform additional tasks as requiredDesired Candidate ProfileMBAwith 6 to 9 years of retail experience in a store environment with at least 4 years in a supervisory / managerial roleAt least 4 years experience in the Jewelry / Luxury / Fashion business is a mustAble to communicate with people of all levels with good flexibility and initiativesDynamic and energetic with good confidence of handling store start up and set-upStrategic thinker, Energetic and dependablePleasant personality and good groomingCommitted to building relationships with customersComputer literate with knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
