Achieve personal sales goals and the goals set for the Sales Team at the StoreDrive sales and achieve targets of the store through superior customer service, events and promotionsCoach each sales consultant to establish realistic sales goals for each month and develop an action plan. Offer them advice, support, and motivation to help them meet their sales objectives.Assist sales consultants in the selling process whenever needed. Enhance the customer shopping experience by participating in the sales process.Proactively stay connected to the Customer through various means to evolve and build a long lasting relationshipHandle customer queries and complaints efficiently and courteouslyMaximize efficiency and protect business integrity by applying store SOP s (Standard Operating Procedures) and procedures guided by the Store-HeadMaintain floor standards including replenishment and presentation as well as the general appearance and cleanliness of department.MIS Submission of daily / weekly / monthly reports to the Store ManagerAssist the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations on the sales floorManage all other matters pertaining to store sales and perform additional tasks as requiredDesired Candidate ProfileGraduate with 6 to 9 years of retail experience in a store environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleAt least 4 years experience in the Jewelry / Luxury / Fashion Retail is a mustProven track record of sales success in a retail environment.Have knowledge in luxury brands and ability to drive salesExcellent in customer service skillsAble to communicate with people of all levels with good flexibility and initiativesGood Grooming and a Pleasant personality, energetic, mature and attentive to detailsCommitted to building relationships with customersComputer literate
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
