To develop the Agri business - working capital facilities to Agri related industries and Agri commodity fundingEnsure SOH and fresh disbursement Month on Month.Ensure portfolio quality.Ensure minimum Post disbursement documentation for the location as per KRA.Ensure quality and primary credit of the deals.Ensure development and training of channel partners, Liability team and Direct Sales TeamEnsure Fee income and minimum spread as per guidelines of KRA.Team work, motivation and support to the team.Ensure smooth and auto function at location.Ensure that Customer requirements are serviced at the local level.Ensure that customer complaints are solved within minimum time. Job RequirementKnowledge of Working capital loans viz, CC, OD, WCDLPost graduate preferredExcellent written and oral communication skillsKnowledge of local area, strong networking and negotiation skill, BasicKnowledge of finance (Understanding of audited financials)Basic Knowledge of mortgages and properties, Functional knowledge of MS-officeJob DescriptionWholesale Channel Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, finding, qualifying, signing and building successful sales partnerships with new and existing wholesale partners.Wholesale Channel Manager must be able to recruit , sell, and close new wholesale account opportunities as well as manage existing wholesale relationships.The job will require some travelling to both wholesalers as well as potential end-user customer.Wholesale Channel Sales Manager must be able negotiate contracts, provide detailed and timely sales reports, drive revenue with partners, and provide timely communications to headquarters and wholesale pattern.The Wholesale Channel Manager must be organized to be able to add new wholesale accounts and coordinate training and activities related to new relationships.This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills combined with a sense of urgency to drive revenue generation from wholesale partners.Responsibilities Key responsibilities includeDevelop new wholesale prospectsGenerate incremental wholesale revenue according to specific targetsConduct in-depth product presentations to prospective wholesale partnersProvide necessary on-boarding training and support for new wholesalersDrive monthly and quarterly sales forecasts with wholesalersDrive increasing sales objectives with wholesalers.
