Heading respective regions/zones in terms of Business expansions - meeting Sales & distribution targets in line with Annual Business Plans.Responsible for P&L, Vendor development and Management for the product line and ensuring optimum utilization of respective resources.Aggressive Channel expansion & development.Building a robust team for Channel Sales Leading and grooming the team in lieu of the Organizational goals.Credit Control & Receivable management.Analysis of statistics and inventory planning.Merchandising, micro-marketing addressability, reach and attaining product-mix related objectives.Competitor mapping and critical decision making.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
