Job BriefSales Coordinator to support field sales team as a Single Point of Reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.The goal for this position is to facilitate sales activities so as to maximize their performance in a well organized and systematic manner.Key Role & Responsibilities Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.Prepare and maintain MIS for sales, revenue, expenses and budgets.Ensure adequacy of sales-related equipment and brochures, flyers and e-mailers etc.Respond to queries from partners in based in Canada.Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.Ensure adherence to laws and policies.Desired Education, Experience & SkillsGraduate/ MBA with 3 to 5 years experience as Sales Coordinator.Proficiency in MS Office and excellent English communication skills.Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude of problem-solving.A team player with high level of dedication.Desired ProfileMBA 3+ Yrs exp as Sales Coordinator, Order Processing in e-learning Centre. Proficient in MS Office, excellent English communication. Well-organized with an aptitude of problem-solving and team building. Support after sales support, inform delivery schedules, respond to complaints/ queries from partners/ clients. Store and sort financial/ non-financial data in ERP and present MIS Reports. Assist in preparing/ organizing promotional material/ events.
