The Sales and Marketing Head will be accountable for all marketing activities in the company, including marketing policies and objectives, market research, promotion, publicity, advertising , brand management etc.Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible to sell the companys innovative range of high value spa and wellness solutions and services to premium clientelePlan & Execute strategy to achieve sales target.Develop new enterprise accounts in the targeted sector.Create marketing and promotional materials by interfacing with customers, distributors, the product manufacturing team, and creative team.Sign up with hotel companies to manage their spas with profitable and favourable terms.Market existing spas to ensure a definite increase in revenue without too much costOversee sales efforts to ensure increase in sales in same store year on year as well as new storesMarket Wellness workshops/ services to corporatesExplore new opportunities and implement revenue generation from new verticals such as for example product sales, apparel sales, equipment sales, etcExplore new lines of business which is aligned with the company s focus on wellness.Support the local marketing teams across territories on all titles to produce aggressive marketing plans and ensure that all territories have full buy in and understand the benefits of each product.Develop, maintain and build excellent relationships with all key partners. Ensure frequent communication, sharing of marketing & PR plans/strategies and market updates.Job SpecificationsCollege degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experienceMinimum 10-15 years experience in the service sector such as Salons/ restaurant/ Organized retail industryIn-depth and thorough knowledge of products, strategic/analytic, and marketing conceptsStrategic thinkerExperience evaluating new product/market ideasStrong management skillsOrganizational & administrative skillsSuperior interpersonal communication and extremely strong presentation skills Industry networksCreative thinker with an open mind to learn and explore new areas and opportunitiesExcellent organizational, communication and time management skills are critical to this role.Strategic marketing ability must have experience of creating best in class marketing strategiesAbility to handle large workloads and deliver appropriate materials/activity on time. Must work well within a team but have the ability to think on their feet and work under their own initiatives
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
