KRA will be to ensure that the SE meet their target every week and fulfill their own sales quota.To acquire and handle key accounts and up-sell to them.To cover and oversee sales for about 15 clients per day.Daily reporting to the City Head about sales, issues and next day's targets.Co-ordinate with the Ops team to forecast the weekly Ground Pilot requirements for their respective areas and ensure the smooth on-boarding of partner merchants.Qualifications -At least 1-2 years of work experience in sales in a semi-managerial role.Preferably in the logistics/food sector.Self-starter, adaptable, instant problem-solver and team worker.Management education is not required, but will be a bonus.Willing to work 12-14 hours a day, for 6 days a week.Should be able to work in a deadline-oriented and sometimes high-pressure environment.
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
