Our client, a renowned luxury brand in fashion, is currently seeking to recruit a Sales Assistants-( 2 Nos.) . You will be directly reporting to the Department Manager. This position will be based in Qatar Job SummaryPurposes The Store Sales Assistant represents the Company towards the customer. Heshe is a sales professional in the luxury goods sector and puts hisher professionalism at the service of the corporate image and of the customer's satisfaction and loyalty. Heshe collaborates in achieving the quantitative and qualitative objectives for both the Department and the Store. Responsibilities Is versatile, is at the service of a constantly operating Store in order to get the maximum customer satisfaction.Is aligned to the style and qualitative standards of the Brand throughout the sales and after-sales process.Collaborates with others colleagues, contributing to create a good store atmosphere and is focused on achieving a good performance.SaleIs constantly up-to-date regarding fashion trends, knows and monitors competition.Manages sales and optimizes each step of the sales processWelcomes and recognizes regular customersKnows the customer's needs, both expressed and hiddenPresents and adds value to the product rangeDescribes, recommends and contextualizes the product offer.Checks customer requirements while the product is being tried and responds to any further requestsPromotes complementary, additional or differential salesEnsures customer loyalty by collecting the customer's information and entering it into the DBAccompanies the customer to the cash counter, prepares the packaging and, if necessary, manages the payment.Thanks the customer, accompanies the customer to the exit, says goodbye and replaces the item sold.Participates in department meetings and Store Sales meetings.Customer management and CRMEnsures that the after-sale service is carried out with the same spirit as the sale, following company standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty in order to promote the Brand image.Deals with complaints, with the support of a manager, if necessary.Takes full advantage of all contacts with customers in the Store to promote both the Brand and the Product.Conveys all information collected about customers to the management.Follow-up of customer requests.ProductTakes part in all in-store product presentations (of all product categories).Has an in-depth knowledge of all the products in the assigned Product range and is always up-to-date on the whole Product range in the Store.Ensures the correct management (cleaning, care, replacement, etc.) of the products in the sector heshe is responsible for.VisualMaintains product display in hisher department and points out any necessary correction to increase sales.StockroomKnows available products in stock in order to maximize sales.Participates proactively in the year-end, sector and rotational stock take process by product category.TheftslossesKeeps the assigned position in order to prevent thefts, cooperating with hisher colleagues if heshe needs to leave it.Promptly informs hisher direct supervisor of any loss.
