Job DescriptionJob BriefEnthusiastic Sales Manager to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our SaaS based e-learning company competitive and innovative. Maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans.Primary objective for the position is to maximize value for all stake holders by efficiently managing and expanding the e-learning opportunities as a profit center.Key Role & Responsibilities Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the e-learning sales teamDesign and implement strategic SaaS based e-learning business plan that expand customer base to ensure its strong presence in the assigned territory by benchmarking/ analyzing market trends, customer feedback, media planning, capacity expansion and ensure availability of brochures/ marketing material.Build, nurture and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering and understanding their needs.Present MIS Report for sales, revenue and expenses along with realistic forecasts to Mgt. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.Design and execute e-learning campaigns, participate and carry out seminars, Webinars, Workshops, communication, BTL activities to strategize go to market strategy.Develop business through Institutional tieups with colleges and schools. Negotiate and finalize deals with academic institutions and nurture alliances.Ensure operational effectiveness with effective manpower planning/ selection and budgeting with thrust on employee retention and development.Maximizing value for all stake holders by increasing revenue, maximizing physical and manpower resource utilization and controlling operational costs.Build skill inventory and bridge gaps by timely implementation of Training & Development for Sales team.Exposure to tools and techniques of online traffic generation like Display, SEO, PPC, email, etc and track conversions of leads generated through various campaigns.Build and manage database of potential students/ universities/ education institutions etc. Competitor Analysis and benchmarking to keep abreast with latest development in Industry.Desired Education/ Experience & Skills BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.5-7 years Sales/ Business Development experience in e-learning/ education.Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in e-learning.Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars and conferences.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close in education/ e-learning.Strong business sense and education/ e-learning industry expertise.Excellent communication, presentation, mentoring, coaching and people management skills.Desired ProfileMBA 10+ Yrs BD exp, selling e-learning gateway and marketplace for learning programs, K12 etc. BD thru Institutional/ colleges/ school tie-ups. Negotiate and finalize deals and nurture alliances.Formulating marketing strategies and implementing ATL, BTL events/activities to increase footfall, enrolments and improve market share.
