ResponsibilitiesMISPreparing MIS reports & various other financial reports to keep a track of the financial performance and submitting the same to the top management.Achieving Sales Development through telephonic follow up to marketing & sales team.Receiving various policies and procedures and implementing it in systems operations and development.Communicating with key customer through email and telephone.Executing business correspondence (Letter, memos, Proposals etc) and other clerical work based on requirement.Preparing and maintaining reports and files like daily collection , Deliveries planning & schedules, Daily sales activity, relation and promotion related files,Preparing and compiling MIS reports on daily basis and sending it to field staff & Dy. General Manager of the company.Data ProcessingProcessing the data receiving from the different department & depots and compiling a consolidated report as per required. Preparing weekly sales reports of sales team.Collect data about customer status on daily basis. Maintaining and mapping customer database using pivot tables, V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Sum product, if, Concatenate etc.Manage activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales & order processing.Assembling and compiling field sales data from the field executing pertaining to their deal with the customer.Analysis of the sales to territory wise and individual wise. DistributionManagementKeeping track of the customers payment, preparing and submitting delivery order number to the distribution dept according to their payment details.Planning and scheduling delivery to the customers according to their date of payment.Co-ordination with the distribution dept to ensure timely delivery to the customer as per priority.Managing a large and distributed work force.Co-ordination with the distribution department to ensure timely delivery to the customer as per priority.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
