As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standardsDemonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when answering incoming phone calls and taking messagesEstablish and maintain an organized filing systemCommunicate with other departments' sales administrative staff to ensure a smooth operationAssist in opening of the Sales GalleryPrepare all necessary monthly reportsCommunicate with other departments and assist as neededPrepare new data as neededAssist in creating documents for management team as neededTranslate documents for management teamAttend operations and company meetings as needed/directedCreate and mail letters to various clients and vendorsPrepare and control all necessary sales tools including documents and brochures for sales galleryResponsible for training newly hired sales support team membersSupport other sales support team members as neededAssist in supporting tasks at other sales galleries when neededReception duties at Sales GalleryResponsible to keep correct gift inventoryOther supporting job duties as assigned by management
Degree: M.Com. (Commerce) | M.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | M.Sc. (Science) | MA (Arts) | MBA/ PGDM | MCA/ PGDCA

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
