Job Details

Develops an understanding of the Line Card/s for effective coordination with internal and external customers.Works closely with NPM and Business Development Manager/s (BDM) to prepare gap analysis between budget and forecast using the sales funnel data.Liaise with Supplier for product details, ordering and other processes.Any other reporting activity relevant to the product role as per the directive of the BU head and to be done with guidance from the BU head.Execution and AdministrationProvides timely sales funnel analysis and reporting to the BDMs, Regions and Branches.Tracks the rebates data to the plan, and provide quality reports including gap analysis within the BU.Prepares the rebates and inventory dashboards and highlight shortfalls to enable corrective action and accurate forecast.Submits reports on rebates and/or claims to Suppliers as per requirements, verify Supplier rebates credit notes, reconcile where required and arrive at accurate rebates realization in close coordination with our finance team, Supplier support team and NPM. Prepares the budget to forecast report, rebates report and inventory liquidation report for internal roll out working with the respective Suppliers.Ensures 100% compliance as per Supplier requirement in order processing coordinating closely with our sales and operations support teams including management of billing to customers within stipulated timelines Assists the NPMs/BDMs in creation of product part codes, partner registrations, Order Loading Forms, and other processes required for error free order loading to billing.Knowledge and SkillsLeverage internal relationships and sell the value add Endeavor to continuously update on functional skillsKnowledge of the Indian IT channel desirableGood Communication skills (Both written and oral) Seeks to build high customers satisfaction (internal and external)Business AcumenExperience Candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in sales coordinationEducation/CertificationUniversity Degree or equivalenDistinguishing CharacteristicsConsistently achieves the desired operational performance goals and demands quality Demonstrates professionalism and models the companys culture in line with the core values Demonstrates initiative and Passion to ExcelDemonstrates high integrity levels.
