Sales Director – Middle East (Ref: SD-ME-1)
Comba Telecom is a leading supplier of infrastructure and wireless enhancement solutions to mobile operators and enterprises to enhance and extend their wireless communications networks.

Comba researches and develops wireless technology through its R&D centers in China and USA; with 1000+ technology patents.  Its manufacturing base in China features advanced testing equipment and one of the largest microwave anechoic testing chambers in the region to ensure quality of its products.  The Company is one of the top 3 Tier 1 global suppliers of Antennas and the largest companies in the Implementation of In-Building Solutions (IBS) and Distributed Antennas Solutions (DAS) globally with deployment projects in 80+ countries.
Comba established its presence in the Middle East since 2008 with offices in the UAE and Qatar and channel partners across the region. It has been providing IBS/DAS/Outdoor solutions, Antennas and repeaters to the leading regional operators. With an aggressive profitable growth strategy, we are actively looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our ME leadership team, be based in Dubai and lead the sales and business development functions/team. He/She will be charged with customer’s engagement and sales of Comba products, solutions and services which includes antennas, repeaters and IBS/DAS/OD systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Key duties and accountabilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Oversee and manage a team of Sales and Business Development Managers, typically spanning over a wide geographical area; provide strategic direction and goals
Produce sales strategies for profitable growth and keeping the company competitive and innovative
Identify valuable emerging market for profitable growth in the ME and establish business with key anchor accounts
Accurately forecast future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to continuous shifts in the marketplace
Accountable for profit and timely cash collection targets
Play a leading active role in clearing backlogs, account receivables and overdues; True partnership with Services/Projects teams to obtain timely acceptance certification from customers.
Establish strong professional relationship with customers across all levels and be the company’s business advocate
Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
Foresee and avoid stagnation in the marketplace


Main requirements include: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree preferably in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or Strategic Sales, Account Management, Sales Management; 15+ years of work experience with proven sales track record in telecom industry. Evidence of strong relationship with key mobile operators in the ME especially the UAE which resulted from a sound sales track record to these customers. Strong technology and technical background; Experience in service delivery is a key advantage; Well informed about telecom market in the Middle East, competitors and associated products and services; Sounds business acumen; Ability to manage a team and lead them to success; Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic); Lead by example; Team player with well-developed interpersonal skills; Analytical, number-oriented and well-developed business sense;  Mature, intelligent, energetic and trustworthy; Interested party, please email your full resume with cover letter and availability to Please quote our reference number (Ref: SD-ME-1) on your email subject.
