Description Support sales on a dedicated basis, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure, and/or driving and managing programs to improve sales performance, efficiencies and outcomes. Must have Skills Proposal Development Good to Have Skills Job Description Additional Comments Strong experience in presales/proposal authoring / proposal architecting function for deals. have leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities .Ability to establish & maintain personal credibility with subject matter experts/proposal authors . be able articulate responses effectively by taking inputs from subject matter experts. to craft winning proposals by effectively collaborating with key deal team members .Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc) Presales/proposal development function including strong understanding primarily of Application Outsourcing and/or System Integration concepts Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational and communication skills Analytical thinking, interpersonal effectiveness, and positive attitude .Ability to manage multiple service requests at the same time at high speed to ensure timely completion of accurate deliverables BE/B. Tech or equivalent graduation degree of MBA
Degree: ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 3-8
