Develop strategies and business plan with measurable & actionable objectives to drive new license revenue for NetIQ Identity, Access, Governance, and Security Solutions.Gain deeper understanding of partners Enterprise Security practices and identify strategic opportunities to maximize revenue for NetIQ Identity, Access, Governance, and Security Solutions.Identity, develop and strengthen key strategic relationships with the key influencers of Identity, Access, and Security technologies like practice leaders, sales & pre-sales leaders, solution architects & practitioners, etc.Develop a plan to evangelize NetIQ Identity, Access, Governance, and Security technologies within End Customers and Partners in India and execute on the same. Representation as well as speaking engagements at conferences, industry, and marketing events including contribution to social media forums, authoring of white papers, and blogging.Promote and spread the adoption of NetIQ Identity, Access, Governance, and Security technologies inIndia.Establish centers of excellence (COE), enable solution architects / practitioners, develop competencies, support partners during delivery for a successful customer engagement and build loyalty with the practitioners.Develop and nurture Identity, Access, Governance, and Security communities of practices.Act as a key resource for all NetIQ Identity, Access, Governance, and Security related needs. Skills and Experience Required8+ years of working experience with the Identity, Access, Governance, and Security technologies.4+ years of PreSales experience in working in alliance management for major infrastructure software vendors.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including public-speaking skills with the ability to articulate and sell value propositions.Results-driven, energetic, confident, self-sufficient, self-motivated, commitment to success, and strong work ethic.Strong understanding of broader information technology concepts including Enterprise Security Technologies, Cloud Computing, Strategic Consulting, Systems Integration, Global Delivery Models, Managed / IT Outsourcing Services, Infrastructure Management Services, IT / Data Center Transformation, etc.Strong consultative selling acumen and demonstrated success in prior roles.Behavioral Competencies requiredConfident with hands on, can- do approach. Willingness to own and be accountable for subjects within scope of role and key responsibilities.Energetic and passionate about being successful and willing to learn new ideas/technologiesPersonable able to get on with many different types of people and organization.
