ResponsibilitiesLead the Indian RSO team and be accountable for the team performance. Manage the team to support our Customers with the best value propositions, timely information and high quality proposals to make Vestas a preferred supplier in India.Be a key interface point with Global Vestas functions to ensure a consistent message and co-ordination with Sales and Sales Operations from the India / APC regionWork with the Sales organization and others in the APC Sales Operations team to seek out ways to improve efficiency in the Sales process and remove internal roadblocksFacilitate induction of new members to the Sales organization, and rollout new initiatives developed within the region or initiated by Global SalesProvide expertise to assist in deal closure, and offer input to identify all areas of potential Vestas commercial valueDrive the use of Vestas tools, systems and process to ensure a consistent approach and improve workflow within the Sales Organization.Work with Sales to provide short to medium term Sales forecastsWork with other managers in the RSO function, and Sales, to manage RSO resources and deal workflow QualificationsBachelor of Engineering or BusinessCompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong commercial acumen and financial literacySkills in MS office, Adobe-in-design, SAP or similar systemAble to develop and maintain internal networks and relationshipsAbility to effectively manage virtual teams over a number of geographical locations. Ability to work with other cross-functionsUnderstanding of large infrastructure project economics and financial metricsAbility to develop process and implement changeStrong time management skills with an attention to deadlinesAbility to show initiative and creativity in improving the Value proposition. Strong inter cultural skills
