1. Achieving sales plan of the area 2. Ensuring a] Width of distribution as per plan b] Depth of distribution for planned market share 3. Implementing promotional strategy particularly BTL (Below The Line) 4. Dealer service levels - During customer interaction 5. Effective customer complains managementJob DescriptionThe incumbent shall be responsible for 1. Ensuring appointment of dealers as per plan 2. Nurturing of distributors / dealers 3. Positioning of products to ensure maximum dealer profitability 4. Suggesting and implementing BTL promotions for maximizing brand awareness and visibility 5. Attending to customers on product complaints 6. Ensuring institutional sales particularly hotels and hospitals 7. Taking feedback on customers requirement with respect to new products 8. Implementing company policies for planned market share 9. Training of counter sales personnel of the dealers for effective differentiation of Godrej products 10. Mapping potential of the market 11. Ensuring day to day smooth running of Distributor operations particularly on deliveries as per promise & other dealer related issues
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
