The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving demand and building the brand through the implementation of a marketing strategy and tactics focused on meeting the revenue targets. Responsibilities Increase revenue through demand generation and branding targeted at prospects and customers. Develop a revenue centric marketing plan focused on the following segments Prospect marketing (database management, campaigns, lead generation, opportunity management, etc.) Customer marketing and new market products, market research for the existing paper product. Channels marketing (strategic and tactical support, lead tracking, etc.) Internal marketing. Should be able to develop and analyse total available or addressable market, segmented addressable market and create share of the market for the region. Develop segment based messaging and content. Develop off/online content-based demand generation campaigns. Manage the marketing schedule. Efficient and effective budget management. Full integration with the local sales and channel team.
