Required for a MNC,SALES EXECUTIVE - B2B - INDUSTRIAL SALESSALARY 5.50 TO 6.00 LACS PER YEAR.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES v Planningo Resource allocation, PJP of subordinateso Primary customer targets, town/district/zone targets, secondary targetso Demand Generation Activation plano Setting up of objectives and beat plan formulation of other frontline manpower like CCS etc ..o New town/customer/business/product developmento Suggestions for relevant secondary schemes and localized market development plansv Supervision and Monitoringo Tracking primary/secondary sale achievements against plano Monitoring daily and monthly reports of subordinates including CCSo Tracking van sale performance, regular weeding out of suboptimal routeso Tracking progress of new town/customer/product plano Tracking progress on DG activation plansv Communication/Facilitatoro Trade promotion communication to team and tradeo Scheme settlements with customerso Customer query handling and closureo Closing customer/product complaintso Imparting relevant technical information on products to trade/teamo Link between the branch and front line sales teamv On field workingo Minimum 15 days working in marketo Imparting on the job training to subordinates customer handling, product informationo Market Intelligence information on key trends, emerging opportunities, competition strategy and pricing Requirements 1) The candidate should be an MBA in Marketing from local colleges in Karnataka preferably from the local colleges in Bangalore.2) Should have 5 7 years of relevant B2B work experience. FMCG / FMCD experience preferred.3) Should be presently working in Bangalore4) Male and female profiles are preferred.5) The compensation range for this position is around 5.50 to 6.00 lacs per year.6) Preferred Industry Garments, Paints, Tyres, FMCG, Consumer durables.
