Job Details

1. Develop and execute market development strategies targeting growth of identified high return businesses.2. Deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations; represent the company at meetings, trade shows and client events. 3. Create long and short term sales objectives that will increase market share, client win rate, revenue backlog and profitability.4. Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving annual budgets, including managing personal time and productivity. 5. Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to agreed market development strategy.6. Manage pricing and margins according to annual budgets. 7. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.8. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems. 9. Plan, carry out and support marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales and integrated personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities e.g. promotions, advertising and exhibitions.10. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods. 11. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.12. Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements. 13. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of a profitable business and sustainable relationships.14. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other Company functions, necessary to perform duties and aid business development. 15. Ensure development of relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.16. Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment. Critical Skill & Requirement2+years of successful sales experience, preferably in the oil and gas, pipeline, and/or corrosion coating industry. Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.High energy, initiative, people sensitive, listening & relationship building. Strong business acumen with ability to make decisions and positively influence the customer experience. Ability to manage sales activity, budgeting and forecasting. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, including preparing and delivering presentations and written communications as well as displaying active listening skills. Ability to apply knowledge of Unique System s services to develop solutions that meet customer requirements. Ability to build an understanding of the customer s business, industry and commercial environment to then identify viable opportunities. Able to investigate new market opportunities. Proven experience in developing sales strategies, making sales presentations, closing techniques and developing service and pricing proposals.Must maintain a driving licence. Sufficiently mobile, and flexible to travel(if required)
