Description We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets. Key Responsibilities Supervising of Subordinate Sales Team members & Sales Representatives / Promoters and motivating them to increase sales volumeVisiting the customers such as retailers, hotels and institutions.Analyzing the sales performance and solving the problemsMaintain Existing Customers through good communication and negotiation skillsDeveloping new customers in the designated areaEnsuring Targeted distribution & display of products as per approved promotional PlansAnchoring achievement of Volume and Value targets by Month, QTR & YearMaking a daily sales report and keeping a log and timely reporting to the sales managerMaintain secondary sales report and timely coordination with Distributors / Retailers for Placing correct POEnsure regular Payment follow-up and Collecting the paymentDesired Skills Experienced in Modern Retail & Horeca FMCG Sales & Marketing.Excellent communication & Organizational skillsMust Be Target Oriented & Team PlayerThe candidate should be able to work under pressure.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
