You will be responsible for implementing the corporate strategy to meet New Business targets for revenue growth through your effective management of the sales planning process. Specific accountability will be as followsDevelop plans and strategies to meet or exceed the company's revenue targetImplement corporate strategy to meet New Business targets for Revenue GrowthDevelop revenue and expense budgets, resourcing and coaching staff for best resultsDevelop and refine repeatable sales process, reporting and forecasting sales pipeline activityCoach, lead and mentor staff, includinghire and retain the right people that fit our culturemotivate and provide ongoing direction,manage performance standards and expectationsconduct performance and salary reviews, Build sales team to achieve corporate revenue and profitability targetsTimely and accurate preparation of Key Business Indicators (KBI's) and opportunity pipelinePrepare and deliver proposals, presentations and product demonstrationsDevelop and maintain relationships with senior customers and identifying new opportunitiesEffectively probing and collecting needs requirements from clients based on a full understanding of all client needs, and deliver accurate and timely customer requirements to solutions development teamDevelop Success Measurements and metricsBusiness SkillsExceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types, backgrounds and levels.Demonstrated Exceptional Closing SkillsExcellent Presentation Skills - Looking for a master presenterExceptional verbal and written communication skillsEffective decision making ability and superior communication skillsSound knowledge of problem solving techniques.Excellent organisation and time management skills meeting deadlines as requiredTravel approximately 10 days travel a month across India.Sales Revenue ExperienceHe should demonstrated selling products and services with an annual sale of 35-50 Crores.Selling of SaaS products and services with a cumulative MRR of 5-7 Cr will be a big plus. Experience7-10+ years of successful technology solution selling, Hardware or Software, to BFSI SegmentKnowledge of Financial and/or Banking environmentsExtensive knowledge of Purchase process in Private Sector banksExperience selling technology products, SaaS, or outsourced services would be big assetExperience in selling CCTV or other surveillance systems will be an asset.Personal AttributesOutgoing extrovert personality.Friendly & Easy to work withSmart in appearance with excellent grooming & DressingLanguages English and Hindi
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
